The obligation to pay the fees payable to the Veterinary College under article 14 of the Veterinary College Act of 31 May 2002 continues for the current calendar year.
In accordance with article 33 (6) of the law of 29 April 1983 concerning the exercise of the professions of doctor, dentist and veterinary physician, I will report within the month any desire to resume the exercise of the profession to the Veterinary College, which will inform me about any additional steps to be taken.
Article 32bis of the amended law of 29 April 1983 concerning the exercise of the profession of doctor,
of dentist and veterinary physician, provides that the license to practice lapses when you do not practice your profession in Luxembourg within two years following the issuance of the authorization. The same applies if you have stopped your professional activity and left Luxembourg more than two years ago.
