An employed veterinary physician has an employment contract ensuring monthly remuneration at the expense of the employer for work performed. State compensation for veterinary surgeons performed is paid to the employer in the form of assistance in the financing of salaries and other expenses incurred by him as a result of the exercise of the veterinary guard service.
